Refund policy

At IndigoFerretCraft, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

Contact for Returns

1. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery if you wish to return an item.

2. You must dispatch items back to us within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions of Return

1. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

2. Items must be returned in all original packaging, documentation, and accessories. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact us at help@indigoferretcraft.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

2. Prepare Your Return: Securely package the item you are returning. Include all original packaging, documentation, and accessories.

3. Ship Your Return: Send the item to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refund Processing: Once we receive your return and confirm it is in its original condition, we will process your refund. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method and may take several days to appear on your statement.

Exchanges and Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item or ask for a refund. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. We will do our best to assist you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
